Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tim's Amazon Lab ("Tim's Amazon Lab", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or contact us through it.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, brand/store name, store URL, monthly revenue range, the services you select, and any message you include. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and prepare for any audit call you request.
Usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and performance purposes.
Cookies & analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Google sets measurement cookies (such as _ga) for this purpose; you can opt out through your browser settings or Google's Ads Settings. Our hosting provider may also use strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. How we use information
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule audit calls
- To provide and improve our services under a client agreement
- To protect the site and our infrastructure from abuse
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing email sequences unless you ask to receive them.
3. Client account data
When you become a client, we access your Amazon Seller Central account only through the User Permissions roles you grant, under the terms of our services agreement and any NDA. Client account data is handled per that agreement, which controls over this policy where they differ.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to operate this website (e.g., static hosting and form processing). These providers process data only on our instructions and are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted through this site at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on your location (for example, if you are a California resident), you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA.
6. Data retention
Inquiry submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless a client relationship begins, in which case the services agreement governs retention. You can ask us to delete your inquiry data sooner.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
