We're the ops team behind brands you'd recognize — if we could name them.
Most of our clients make us sign NDAs before they make us anything else. That's fine. It tells you we're doing the part that matters.
Why we exist
We didn't start as an agency. We started as the ops team.
Tim's Amazon Lab began inside a 7-figure Amazon brand, doing the unglamorous work: chasing Seller Support, rebuilding flat files at midnight, writing appeals that got ASINs back online. Friends who sold on Amazon kept asking for "whatever it is you guys do." Eventually we admitted it was a business.
Today we run the daily operation for 100+ US seller brands — from first-product sellers to established 7-figure brands — with US-based account leadership and an ops floor that covers every hour American sellers actually get in trouble.
We stayed ops people at heart. We answer fast, we document everything, and we don't sell services accounts don't need.
How we work with your account
- Access via Seller Central User Permissions — least-privilege roles only
- Your password, 2FA, and bank details never leave your hands
- NDA signed before onboarding, on request
- Every SOP, report, and case log lives in your workspace
- Access revoked same-day if we part ways
Milestones
From internal team to 100+ brands.
The ops floor that started it all
An in-house team running a 7-figure home goods account learns — the hard way — what actually keeps an Amazon account alive.
Tim's Amazon Lab opens its doors
Spun out as an independent team with five founding clients, all referrals from other sellers. All five are still with us.
The 50th brand
Dedicated-manager model formalized: every account gets one named manager and one trained backup. No shared inboxes, ever.
True 24/7 coverage
The ops floor expands to cover US evenings, weekends, and holidays — because policy warnings don't check the calendar.
100+ brands, $10M+ under management
Still month-to-month. Still no lock-in. Clients stay because Friday's report shows the work.
How we operate
Four rules we don't bend.
Own it like it's ours
Your suspension is our Monday morning. Your reimbursement claim is our money on the table. We treat accounts the way we treated our own — because we used to run one.
Boring reliability
Daily checks happen daily. Friday reports ship on Friday. The same manager answers your Slack message. Excitement is for amusement parks, not account management.
No black boxes
You see every case we file, every dollar we recover, every test we run. If a number can't survive being on your Friday report, it doesn't go in the proposal.
Speed is a feature
A suppression caught at 2 AM costs one day. Caught Friday at 6 PM, it costs a weekend of BSR. Response time is a line item on your P&L, so it's an SLA in our contract.
Coverage
Your seller's clock vs. our coverage.
US-based account leadership plus an ops floor that covers the hours your account actually gets into trouble.
A 9 PM PT policy warning gets read at 9:05 PM PT — not the next business afternoon.
Leadership
The people your account actually talks to.
Ten years in marketplace operations. Wrote the first POA that got the original brand's account back — and hasn't stopped since.
Owns the dedicated-manager model and the Friday report you'll get every week without asking.
Turns ad accounts inside out. Reports TACoS against contribution profit, never vanity ACOS.
Runs onboarding for every new brand and makes sure your first Friday report is boringly complete.
Meet your future account manager.
The free audit call is with the person who'd actually run your account — not a salesperson reading a script.
